Chainsaw Freakout

Here is another entertaining story for you... The customer is in bold, my responses are not.

"Where is my chainsaw!?"
"What do you mean?"
"I left it in the bed of my truck this morning when I dropped the truck off."
"It's not in there now?"
"No! Where the Heck is it?" (PS He didn't say Heck)
"Let me check with the techs, maybe they know."

*Pause while I go talk to the techs*

"They have no idea, neither of them were the ones to work on the truck. The guy who did already left for the day."
"Crap!" (He didn't say Crap either)
"Did you check inside the cab? Maybe the tech put it in the cab for safe keeping when he parked the truck."
"Yeah I already looked, it's not in there."
"Alright, Well I will see if I can get a hold of the tech and find out what happened."
"Alright, thanks."

After the guy leaves.. I go out to the truck and investigate. The chainsaw is on the floor, behind the driver's seat, under one of his yellow rain jackets.

"Hello?"
"Hi, This is Amanda from Stephenson's Automotive. I found your chainsaw. It was behind the driver's seat of the truck, under your jacket."
*laughing* "Well I feel like a dummy." (He didn't say dummy.. this guy has a potty mouth.) "Thanks for checking! I'll see you tomorrow."
