Happy Again

For those of you that did not already know.. I am lactose intolerant. I have been since middle school. Last week, I was introduced to this..



I cannot even begin to explain how ecstatic I was. I can now have this..

Hahaha. i've never heard of that, i normally just stick to sorbet, but i will have to find that, for sure. not all i need to find to make my life complete is a milk free pastry cream.... yum
