S'mores Casserole

Every now and then Chris gets a little creative in the kitchen. I've been really sick for the last week, so he has been helping out with dinner most nights. Tonight, he decided to try a new dessert. He made this S'mores casserole tonight. It was so good! A little messy to eat, but still delicious. It's basically layers of crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Yummmm =]


We also went for a nice Sunday drive today along the Sandy and Bull Run rivers, checking out the damage from the recent flooding. Amanda posted a few photos on her Photography and Sewing blog. Click here to go check it out!
